The Engineer kept me informed as to when he was coming. The repair was done efficiently and I was quoted up front for the call out which included the repair. I was told also that any parts would be extra.

Needed a repair on my integrated oven that kept cutting out. Looked at reviews online and decided to call. Managed to secure a same day appointment which was fantastic. The gentleman that came was fabulous explaining fully what was wrong and full cost . They didn’t have the part at the time but visited again a couple of days later and kept me updated at all times. Now probably going to take the cover because would trust them with any further repairs I might need .

This company is professional, polite and friendly. The booking process is clear and easy to follow. An appointment made. The engineer arrived after contacting me to let me know when he had set off and then when he arrived at my house. He was a very tidy worker and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely call upon this company to repair my washing machine and recommend them to everyone I know.

It was a great experience. The repair man was super. So friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired my dishwasher in excellent time and it was lovely to have it back working again!!! I would have no hesitation in recommending NAC to anyone - in fact I have already.

Having problems with my F/Freezer.Rang NAC experience from start to finish was excellent.They sent a repair man (Chris) who was said the repair would cost more than a new one in the long run.He was very helpful and informative.Both he and the lady who first took my first phone call were both excellent and helpful.Would surely recommend.

My dog chewed the door rubber seal of my washing machine and it was leaking. I found this company on google and they sent me an engineer called Paul Williams the very next day to change the seal. He was really professional and he knew what he was doing, he even noticed that my washing machine was not leveled properly, so he went the extra mile and leveled it for me. Im really please with their services and I will use them again in the future.

This company was great. Thw washing machine broke on sunday i wasnt expecting to be able to get a next day repaire. I was suppried to get an opintment monday. It was confirmed straight away and i was given a time frame. They also told me what order i was in the eningeers queue which i really apreciated. The Engineer him self was very friendly and poliet, he worked quickly and got the washing machine fixed and checked with in 30 minutes. I'm really happy with the services i got from this company and would be more than happy to use there services agian.
